- Risk of loss and title for items transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the customer or another person who receives the package
- NHYCE retains responsibility for products during transit until successful delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses
3. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
- NHYCE works with trusted production partners for print-on-demand manufacturing
- We ensure proper packaging and appropriate carrier selection
- Address changes are only possible before production begins
4. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
- Delivery is completed when the package is successfully delivered to the provided address
- Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information
- NHYCE is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect customer-provided addresses
5. DAMAGE AND LOSS CLAIMS
- Items damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer
- Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photographic evidence may be required for damage claims
- Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- NHYCE declares accurate product values for customs purposes
- Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing
7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- Packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect customer information may incur additional fees
- Customers are responsible for redelivery costs when delivery fails due to customer error
- Unclaimed packages will be returned after the carrier's standard holding period

NHYCE is not liable for shipping delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Government actions or customs delays

- Production facility closures
9. REFUSED DELIVERIES
- Customers who refuse delivery without valid reason may be charged return shipping costs
- Valid reasons for refusal include visible package damage or delivery of incorrect items
- Refunds for refused deliveries may be subject to return shipping fees
10. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
- NHYCE's liability for shipping-related issues is limited to the order value
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
