1. RETURN PERIOD
- Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Return shipping labels will be provided for defective items only
2. ELIGIBLE ITEMS
All products are eligible for return except:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items with removed tags or packaging
- Used or worn items
3. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
Items must be returned:
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Free from any scents, pet hair, or damage
4. REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return
- Original payment method will be refunded
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective items)
5. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
For items received damaged or defective:
- Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the defect
- We will cover return shipping costs
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

2. Fill out the return form we'll send you
3. Wait for return authorization
4. Package item securely with original packaging
5. Ship to provided return address
6. Keep tracking information until refund is processed
7. EXCHANGE POLICY
- Direct exchanges are not available
- Please return unwanted item and place a new order

10. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC GUIDELINES
Posters and Prints:
- Must be returned in original protective packaging
- Any damage due to improper repackaging will void return eligibility
T-Shirts and Apparel:
- Must be unworn with original tags attached
- Free from any stains, tears, or alterations
Mugs and Accessories:
- Must be unused and in original packaging
- Free from chips, cracks, or signs of use

This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws and regulations. For customers within the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
